Preparation
1.Ensure that the datalogger is reliably connected to the ports on the device.
2.The power indicator of the datalogger is on.
1. Login and register
1.1 Sign up
Open the APP and click the "Sign up" button to enter the registration page. You can register by your e-mail address , than click "Obtain" to get the verification code.After entering the verification code and login password, and click "Sign up" to complete the account registration.
1.2 Login
Password login
Enter the e-mail address password you just used to register including the password, and click "sign in" .
Verification code login
Enter the phone you used to register, click "Send" to get the verification code.After entering the verification code, the login succeeds.
2. Add devices
Go to the Monitor interface and click Add "+" icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Add deviceThere are two ways to add devices: Bluetooth addition and QR code addition
When using Bluetooth to add features, the app needs to be allowed to enable Bluetooth and location permissions. If Bluetooth permission is not enabled, nearby Bluetooth devices cannot be searched. And some Android phones require the location system to be turned on before they can be used.
After ensuring that the device is powered on, click "Bluetooth Add", select a device with the same name/PN as the device, click the "Add" button icon, and complete the device information to successfully add it
Click the scan code button in the upper right corner to enter the scan code add device page
Enter the PN number on the device or scan the QR code to complete the device information and successfully add it
After adding the device, it is also necessary to ensure that the device data can be uploaded to the cloud.
If the data collector does not have a network, it will result in the inability to upload data to the cloud.
If you are using a data logger with GPRS or 4G module, you need to ensure that the data card can be used normally.
If you are a data logger for a Wi Fi module, you need to connect the data logger to a Wi Fi network in order to monitor device data
The networking configuration supports both WiFi and Bluetooth distribution methods, allowing users to choose the corresponding distribution method based on their own device model
Including Bluetooth module usage: Bluetooth distribution network
Usage without Bluetooth module: Wi Fi distribution network
Click on 'Distribution Tools' in my module and select Bluetooth/WiFi distribution network
Step 1:
When using the Bluetooth networking function, please allow the app to enable Bluetooth and location permissions.
Select the Bluetooth device with the PN number that you need to configure from the searched Bluetooth devices, click on the connection button to enter the networking configuration page
After entering the networking configuration page, click“
”Icon, select the router to be configured, enter the corresponding password, and click the "Start Networking" button;
be careful:
1. Please ensure that the signal connecting to the network is good and the network is unobstructed
2.Currently, routers that do not support the 5G frequency band are not supported. Please use a router that supports the 2.4G frequency band
3. Ensure that the password for the router is correct and error free
After entering the configuration, wait for 10 seconds, and the APP will provide feedback information based on the distribution network results
If the configuration fails, check the "Diagnostic Results and Repair Suggestions", and after troubleshooting and resolving the issue, click on "Reconfigure Network".
