Preparation
1.Ensure that the datalogger is reliably connected to the ports on the device.
2.The power indicator of the datalogger is on.
1. Login and register
1.1 Sign up
Open the APP and click the "Sign up" button to enter the registration page. You can register by your e-mail address , than click "Send" to get the verification code.After entering the verification code and login password, and click "Sign up" to complete the account registration.
1.2 Login
Password login
Enter the e-mail address password you just used to register including the password, and click "Login" .
Verification code login
Enter the e-mail address you used to register, click "Send" to get the verification code.After entering the verification code, the login succeeds.
2. Add devices
There are two ways to add devices: Bluetooth and Scan code
After login, on the monitoring page, click "Add Device" or the "+" button in the upper right corner to enter the Add Device page.
2.1 Adding by Bluetooth (Only devices with Bluetooth module are supported)
Allow your App to enable Bluetooth and location permissions when using Bluetooth to add features. If the Bluetooth permission is not enabled, nearby Bluetooth devices cannot be searched. And some Android phones need to open the location system to use.
After the device is powered on, click "BLE Add", select the device with the same name /PN as the device, and click the "+" icon.
2.2 Adding by scanning code
Click "Scan add" to scan the QR code of the digital harvester, or click "Input PN" in the lower left corner to complete the device addition.
Attention:
If it is a datalogger using GPRS or 4G module, the device shows "√" after the addition is successful.
If the datalogger is a Wi-Fi module, the Network Configuration page is displayed for network configuration.
After adding devices, ensure that device data can be uploaded to the cloud. If the data harvester does not have a network, the data cannot be sent to the cloud.
3. Networking configuration (Bluetooth networking)
Note: Your datalogger must have Bluetooth capability, otherwise Bluetooth networking function cannot be used.
When adding a device, if your device is a Wi-Fi module, the network configuration page is displayed. If you do not need to connect to the network, you can click "Not yet" to skip the network configuration process.

” select the router to be configured, enter the corresponding password, and click the "Start networking" button;
Attention:
1. Ensure that the network signal is good and the network is unblocked
2. Routers in the 5G band are not currently supported. Please use routers in the 2.4G band
3. Ensure that the password of the router is correct
Step2:
After the configuration, wait 30 seconds. The APP will provide feedback based on the network distribution result
If the network is successfully configured, the device is successfully added. Wait 5 to 10 minutes and view the device data.
If the configuration fails, rectify the fault according to "Diagnosis Results and Troubleshooting Suggestions".
